Monu Enterprises provides services only. No physical product is shipped or couriered. All services are delivered in person by our technician at the address you provide.
1. Service area
We currently serve Fatehpur. Bookings outside our service area will be cancelled with a full refund.
2. Delivery timeline
- Services are delivered on the date and time slot you select at checkout.
- Bookings made before 6 PM can usually be served the next day; same-day service is subject to availability.
- Our team confirms your booking by call or WhatsApp, normally within 2 hours of booking during working hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
- The technician may arrive within the selected 2-hour slot window. If there is a delay, we will inform you in advance.
3. Service completion
On completion, the technician will show the work done. A digital confirmation and invoice is shared on your email or WhatsApp.
4. Delivery charges
There are no separate delivery or travel charges for addresses within our service area unless clearly mentioned at checkout.
